The application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• The pages you visit in the application, the date and time of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
• The time spent in the application.
• The operating system used on your mobile device.

Opt-out rights

You can stop collection through the application by uninstalling it using the standard process available on your device or through the mobile application marketplace.

Data retention

User-provided data is retained while you use the application and for a reasonable time afterward. To request deletion of user-provided data, contact info@aqualley.net.

Children

The service provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor children’s internet use. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information, contact info@aqualley.net.

You must be at least 16 years old to consent to processing of personally identifiable information in your country, unless a parent or guardian can consent on your behalf under applicable rules.

Security

The service provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards intended to protect the confidentiality of information it processes and maintains.

Changes and consent

This policy may be updated as the application changes. The current policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application constitutes consent to processing as described in the current policy.
