FramePair
Support
Help with recording, exports, permissions, and FramePair Pro.
Contact
Email info@aqualley.net and include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and build number, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send private recordings unless we specifically establish an appropriate diagnostic method.
Recording and saving
FramePair needs Camera and Microphone access to record. Your captures first remain in FramePair’s local library. To save a copy to Photos or send it to another app, open a recording and choose Export or Share.
Finding a recording
Open Recordings from the camera screen to review local captures. Dual, Paired, and Front + Back videos open in a combined picture-in-picture view by default; you can choose individual views when available.
FramePair Pro and exports
Capture, local review, and editing remain available without Pro. FramePair includes a limited number of free export actions. To restore an existing Pro subscription, open FramePair Pro and choose Restore purchases. Apple manages subscription billing and cancellation in your App Store account settings. You can also manage or cancel an Apple subscription using Apple’s instructions.
Camera access or export issues
Check that Camera, Microphone, and—when saving to Photos—Photos access are enabled for FramePair in iOS Settings. Keep the app open while a recording finishes processing. If the problem continues, contact us with the details above.
