Email info@aqualley.net. The easiest way is Settings › Report a bug in Flashroll, which fills in your User ID, app version and device. Please describe what happened; we will not ask for your photos.
Making a dump
Pick up to 10 photos, choose one look and tap Create. Each photo uses 100 credits, so a dump of 10 uses 1,000. A dump takes a few minutes; you can leave the app and Flashroll picks up where it left off. Turn on notifications to hear when it is ready.
A photo failed
If a photo fails for a technical reason, Flashroll returns its 100 credits once our server has confirmed the failure, and shows “Credits returned” on that photo. If something you paid for did not come back, email us with your User ID from Settings.
It doesn't look like me
AI results vary. Each photo can be redone once at no cost from its result screen (“Not you? Redo free”), always from your original photo. Clear, evenly lit photos work best. If a result looks wrong or offensive, use Report on the result.
Subscriptions, credits and codes
The weekly plan gives 3,000 credits (30 photos) every week, the yearly plan 3,000 credits (30 photos) every month; there is no free trial. To cancel, open your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (Settings › Manage subscription in Flashroll takes you there). Credit packs are one-time purchases that never renew and never expire. To restore a subscription or pack the store still reports, open Settings › Restore purchases; credits you have already used cannot be restored. To use an offer code, open Settings › Redeem code. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payments and refund requests.
Invites
Settings › Invite friends shows your code and link. A friend who enters your code gets one free photo, and you get one when their first photo is finished.
Notifications and offers
Flashroll tells you when a dump is ready and, while Settings › Offers is on, sends occasional offers: at most one notification a day and none at night. Turn offers off there, or all notifications in your phone’s settings.
Your photos and results
Your photos are processed by our third-party AI providers to make your looks. We keep your photos and results on our server for 30 days, then delete them, and never make face templates. Settings › Delete my photos deletes them from your phone and asks our server to delete its copies at once; the app shows whether that has finished.
