Help with renders, builds, credits, subscriptions, codes and privacy in Whipshop.

Email info@aqualley.net. The easiest way is Settings › Report a bug in Whipshop, which fills in your User ID, app version and device. Please describe what happened; we will not ask for your photos.
Making a render
Tap Start a build, take or pick a photo of your car and choose a part: a wrap colour and finish, wheels, a drop, a tint level, a spoiler or a lip, or describe a change in your own words. Tap Render. Each render changes one part and uses 100 credits (1 render). Then add another part or refine the result; each step uses one render. A 3/4-front photo in daylight with the whole car in the frame works best, and Whipshop checks the photo on your phone before a render is spent. Turn on notifications to hear when a render is ready.
A render failed
If a render fails, no credits are used: Whipshop returns them once our server has confirmed the failure. If the framing of your car moved, you can try again at no charge. If something you paid for did not come back, email us with your User ID from Settings.
It doesn't look right
AI renders vary, and a render is a preview, not a promise of how a wrap, wheels or a drop will look on your car. Try again, choose a different finish or style, or use a clearer photo. If the result is not your car, or looks wrong or offensive, use “How did it turn out?” or Report on the result.
Your Garage
Every build is saved in the Garage on your phone and opens without a connection. Adding a part needs a connection; a build older than 7 days continues from the copy on your phone. Deleting the app or a build removes it from your phone.
Subscriptions, credits and codes
The weekly plan gives 3,000 credits (30 renders) every week; there is no free trial. To cancel, open your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (Settings › Manage subscription in Whipshop takes you there). A render pack (1,000 credits, 10 renders) is a one-time purchase that never renews and never expires. To restore a subscription or pack the store still reports, open Settings › Restore purchases; credits you have already used cannot be restored. To use an offer code, open Settings › Redeem code. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payments and refund requests.
Invites
Settings › Invite friends shows your code and link. When a friend who entered your code finishes their first render, you both get 300 credits (3 renders).
Notifications and offers
Whipshop tells you when a render is ready and, while Settings › Offers is on, sends occasional offers and invite rewards: at most one offer a day and none at night. Turn offers off there, or all notifications in your phone’s settings.
Your photos and renders
Your car photos are processed by OpenAI, our third-party AI provider, to make your renders; OpenAI does not train on them and may keep them for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. We keep your photos and renders on our server for 7 days, then delete them. Settings › Your photos › Delete my photos asks our server to delete its copies at once; Delete Garage removes your builds from your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
