Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you download and use Whipshop.
The store's standard terms
Whipshop is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. If you download it from the App Store, your use of Whipshop is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if you download it from Google Play, by the Google Play Terms of Service; in both cases together with these terms.
Subscriptions, credits and packs
AI renders use credits: each render, and each follow-up on a build, uses 100 credits (1 render). Your first render may be on us, once per phone, when the app says so. A subscription gives you credits each period: the weekly plan 3,000 credits (30 renders) every week and, when offered, the yearly plan 2,000 credits (20 renders) every month. There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown before you confirm, until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A special offer, when shown, is a lower price for the first period stated in the offer only, after which the plan renews at its normal price. Credits from a subscription do not carry over to the next period. Render packs are one-time purchases that never renew; pack credits and credits received from an invite do not expire.
If a render fails, its credits are returned once our server has confirmed the failure. Credits are tied to your anonymous User ID in the app; used credits cannot be restored, and we cannot promise that an unused balance moves to another device or survives deleting the app. Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, which handle refunds under their policies.
Invites
When a friend who entered your invite code finishes their first render, you each receive 300 credits (3 renders). Rewards are given once per phone, cannot be earned by inviting yourself, and may be limited or held for review to prevent abuse.
Your photos and renders
Use only photos you took or have the right to use, and do not use Whipshop to make content that is unlawful, hateful or sexual, or meant to mislead, such as a fake photo of someone else’s car or number plate. Renders are made by our third-party AI provider’s models from your photo: they are a preview for inspiration, not a promise of how a wrap, wheels, a drop, tint or other part will look or fit on your car, and not advice about what is legal or safe where you drive (for example window tint or ride height). Check with a qualified installer before you buy or fit a part. Review a render before you share it, and if a render looks wrong or offensive, report it in the app. Whipshop is not affiliated with any car or parts maker; the styles it offers are generic.
Privacy and support
