The store's standard terms

Cutkind is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. If you download it from the App Store, your use of Cutkind is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if you download it from Google Play, by the Google Play Terms of Service; in both cases together with these terms.

Adults only

Cutkind is for adults 18 and over. The app asks you to confirm this before your first photo is sent.

Free preview and credit packs

Your first successful preview on each device is free. More previews use credits: a pack of 600 credits buys 6 previews at 100 credits each. Packs are one-time purchases made and billed through the App Store or Google Play, which show the price before you confirm; nothing renews and there is no subscription. Pack credits do not expire. If a preview fails for a technical reason, what it used is returned once our server has confirmed the failure, and each paid preview can be redone once at no cost. Credits are tied to your anonymous User ID in the app; used credits cannot be restored, and we cannot promise that an unused balance moves to another device or survives deleting the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your photos and previews

Use only photos of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed. Do not use Cutkind to make content that is unlawful, harmful, sexual or misleading about a real person. Previews are made by AI models from your photo: they are for inspiration, not a guaranteed result, and they can change more than the hair or look different from a real haircut. Review a preview before you share it or show it to your barber.
