Apple’s standard agreement

Pawbop is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your download and use of Pawbop are governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Pawbop Pro and video packs

Pawbop Pro subscriptions and video packs are purchased and billed through Apple. The App Store shows the price, the subscription period and the purchase terms before you confirm. Each plan includes the number of videos per week shown when you choose it; weekly videos you do not use do not carry over to the next week. Pack videos do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. If a video fails, it is returned to your balance automatically, and each finished video can be redone once for free.

Your photos and videos

Use only photos you have the right to use. Pawbop is made for pets: photos where a person’s face shows are refused. Do not use Pawbop to make content that is unlawful, harmful or misleading about a real person or animal. Videos are made by AI models; they can contain mistakes or show your pet differently, so review a video before you share it.
