Help with renders, credits, subscriptions, codes and privacy in Overink: Tattoo Cover Up.

Email info@aqualley.net. The easiest way is Settings › Report a bug in Overink, which fills in your User ID, app version and device. Please describe what happened; we will not ask for your photos.
Making a render
Choose “Cover up old ink” or “Try a new tattoo”, take or pick a photo and choose the body area. For a cover-up, paint over the old ink; for a new tattoo, place the design. Pick a design from the library, upload your own or describe one, then tap Render. Each render uses 100 credits; your first render is free. Daylight and the whole tattoo in frame work best. Turn on notifications to hear when a render is ready.
A render failed
If a render fails for a technical reason, Overink returns its 100 credits once our server has confirmed the failure. If something you paid for did not come back, email us with your User ID from Settings.
It doesn't look right
AI renders vary, and a cover-up render is inspiration, not a promise: artists cover old ink with a darker or larger design, and your artist decides what is possible on your skin. Try “Another option”, a darker or larger design, or a clearer photo. If a render looks wrong or offensive, use Report on the result.
Subscriptions, credits and codes
The weekly plan gives 2,000 credits (20 renders) every week, the yearly plan 2,000 credits (20 renders) every month; there is no free trial. To cancel, open your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (Settings › Manage subscription in Overink takes you there). Credit packs are one-time purchases that never renew and never expire. To restore a subscription or pack the store still reports, open Settings › Restore purchases; credits you have already used cannot be restored. To use an offer code, open Settings › Redeem code. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payments and refund requests.
Invites
Settings › Invite friends shows your code and link. A friend who enters your code gets 300 credits (3 renders), and you get 300 when their first render is finished.
Notifications and offers
Overink tells you when a render is ready and, while Settings › Offers is on, sends occasional offers: at most one offer a day and none at night. Turn offers off there, or all notifications in your phone’s settings.
Your photos and renders
Your photos and designs are processed by our third-party AI providers, OpenAI and Google, to make your renders. We keep your photos and renders on our server for 7 days, then delete them, and never make face templates. Settings › Delete my photos from our servers asks our server to delete its copies at once; Delete saved results on this phone removes them from your phone. See the Privacy Policy and Delete your data.
